Wing Tai Holdings’ Wingcharm Investment Pte Ltd. emerges as the highest bidder of $492million out of the 10 bidders for the 99-year leasehold site of usage residential with first level commercial at tan queen lan.

The land space of 80,300 sq ft in the Middle Road plot has 2 zones: up to 6 storeys for the the low-rises, and up to 20 storeys for the high-rise zone.
